Our personalized mittens are made of high quality wool and angora that make them soft & warm. The felted heart is hand stitched and fixed carefully.

The heart is embroidered with the initials of your choice. Just let me know 2 initials you want on each of the heart pair. The first letter you mention will be applied on the left and the second letter will be applied on the right.

♦ CARE
Please hand wash in lukewarm water and lay flat to dry. If you need to iron the product, please select the right heat setting, put a piece of clothing and do not press so hard because of the felted fabric.

♦ GIFTS
You can give any product from this shop as a gift because they are wrapped beautifully in a fabric bag and tied with a yarn. No price tag, no receipt included. Please let me know if you have a special note; I will include it with pleasure 🙂

♦ REFUND
If you think there’s a mistake with the order, please let me know it asap. Please don’t leave a negative review because I will do my best to make it right and make you happy 🙂

If your order is lost or damaged, I will refund in case of evidence.

Before placing the order, please ask me about the size if you hesitate. I don’t accept refunds if you have a problem with the size.

Somehow, if your order returns to me, I will inform you about it. If you respond in max. 10 working days I will resend it to your address. In case of not responding, the item will be listed in my shop again. Refunds are issued after you ship the item back to me.
